Bloom’s raw honey sourced straight from the beehive is one of nature’s perfect foods. It is rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients, and also contains live enzymes, local pollens, amino acids, and vitamins & minerals.
Our honey is never pasteurized or filtered. We gently heat it just enough to facilitate bottling, but never near the temperature that will degrade its nutritional quality. We gently strain it to remove large impurities such as wax particles and bee parts, but we allow all the pollen grains and nutrients to pass through to you intact. At Bloom Honey, we believe that raw honey offers a myriad of health sustaining and medicinal properties.
Most importantly, it tastes absolutely delicious! Every varietal has unique taste, flavor, and medicinal characteristics that are unique to its floral source, and unique to the specific environmental conditions present at the time the honey was made. Every jar of Bloom honey is a truly unique manifestation of nature’s creation, and we are lucky to enjoy and share the bountiful harvest!

Massey Honey Company is family-owned and maintains hives as a sustainable movement to support the bee population, cultivating honey in Yorba Linda, CA in northern Orange County. The region draws on robust flavors from natural ground cover such as California lilac, prickly pear cactus, and wild mustard grass, as well as on the orange, eucalyptus, and pomegranate blossoms of its local aromatic trees. Our honey strains are primarily wildflower as well as orange blossom and California avocado. We have comb honey when available. All of our honey is raw and processed/bottled locally in Yorba Linda, CA. Bees will soon be available for almond and local orchard pollination.
We target local specialty food suppliers and non-chain/independent restaurants, and ship directly to the consumer.
