Located in the heart of Northern California’s Wine Country, Gipson’s Golden is a family-owned and operated producer of single-flower honeys. Strained only to remove large particles of wax and comb, our honey is unadulterated, undiluted, unheated and untreated to preserve the natural enzymes, nutrients, antioxidants and flavors for which single-flower honey is prized. Gipson’s Golden honey is available in a wide variety of single-flower honeys such as Wildflower, Clover, Blackberry, Orange Blossom, Star Thistle and Sage. We also carry a selection of specialty honeys such as Manzanita, Avocado and Eucalyptus as well as Lavender and Australian Organic. New Products now available: Almond Honey Toffee Corn, Mead!

We bring together 3 generations of beekeeping experience to bestow some of the finest gourmet honeys available. From our many pure raw honeys to our many Creamed Honeys like our Creamed Cinnamon, Creamed Chai, Creamed Lemon, Creamed Chocolate and many more.
Tour our bee farm, and let us show you why we love our little girls…the honeybees! Tours are offered March - October (2nd Saturday of Month) 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and are weather permitting. The cost for the tours are $4.00 per person (Age 4+).

Doughty Apiaries is a small family owned and operated honey farm in Temecula California’s wine country. John started keeping bees in 1974 building his apiary from the ground up assisted by his wife and son. We own several of our own apiary locations within 5 miles of our home farm location.
Our Orange Blossom, Black Button Sage and California Buckwheat honey can be purchased as raw, liquid or comb honey. It is available in 1.5 pound honey bears up to 5 gallon pails. Our raw honey is never filtered, strained or heated. Bottled straight from the first holding tank it is as close to the natural source you can get except for comb honey and we have that for you too!
Beeswax is available in small to large quantities.
Please visit and taste our honey. Please call first but we are open for business most days 9 a.m. to dark.
Bees are available for almond and local orchard pollination. Sioux Honey Association member.
