At Mondjack Apiaries our bees have been gathering nectar from the “wild flower” of the Lehigh Valley since 1980 and they’ve been turning it into the most delicious Wild Flower honey you ever tasted. Because our honey bees are given the freedom to gather nectar from the plants of their choice, our honey varies slightly in color & flavor, from very light (that of Locust trees, Clover, Alfalfa & Bush Honeysuckle) to light amber in color (from Basswood & Tulip Poplar). All will delight your taste buds!!! Our honey is not heated above the temperature that is attained in the beehive.

We specialize in Tupelo, the cadillac of all honey. It is a family business and the founder is Clyde Owen . Our specialty honey will not granulate or sugar . Our beekeepers are a third generation and are very knowledgeable and particular in making of Tupelo honey. This honey comes from the banks of the Apalachicola river. The only place in the world where pure Tupelo honey is harvested commercially. The Owen family believes in hard work and honesty to give the customers a much sought after specialty honey with the pure distinctive taste of tupelo. We hand bottle and inspect each one, the honey comes in five different easy squeeze no mess bottles. Other products we carry come from the Southern Traditional Farms from both Georgia and Alabama. Mayhaw jelly, Cane syrup, Pepper Jelly, Jams, Figs and preserves.

We have been producing pure, local chemical free honey since 1995. We provide pollination services for all of Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. We micro manage all our hives to ensure that the colonies are strong and abundant. All of our hives are hand made with the finest lumber that we mill ourselves.
We offer tours and workshops throughout the year as well as talks at special events. We regularly produce the highest quality wildflower and garden honey as well as Cut Comb Honey. We typically fill 1 pound, 3 pound and 5 pound jars and do many custom fills for special events such as weddings and showers. Golden Delight Honey, LLC produces and sells locally produced raw honey, herbal infused honey, chunk honey, cut honeycomb, and spun honey. Our most popular spun honey flavors are blackberry and a close second is our cinnamon.
Golden Delight Honey is located about 3 miles west of Waxhaw, North Carolina and just over the Carolina state line in South Carolina. We accept payment in the form of personal checks, cash, and PayPal welcomed.
We also provide our Russian honeybee colonies for pollination of fruit and vegetable crops. Call or email us with the number of colonies you need to pollinate your crops and our hive rental fee.
We are sold out of Russian nucs for 2013 however we will be selling Russian queens in April.
